Pros: This is an application for managing fixed assets of a company with easy. This the application does via several databases. These include assets, employees, manufacturers, maintenance log, maintenance staff and a loan log. Each of these databases help you catalog, manage and track the assets you have in that named category. The loan log, of course, is a liability database. An intuitive interface makes it easy for even beginners. The loan log is complete database template making it easy to catalog, manage and track your loan transactions via the check in/ check out facility. Employee database tracks employees of the organization and details are managed via the check in/ check out facility of the program. Assets database allows you to maintain and organize the organization’s asset information. The manufacturers database manages the data of the manufacturers associated with the company. Similarly suppliers are tracked via the vendors’ database. Maintenance activities are tracked via the Maintenance log database while the maintenance staff tracks the maintenance employees deployed. Maintenance database tracks all the maintenance, repair and relocation etc activities.

Cons: The application gives you the ability to track assets physically in terms of which is where and soon. Ability to attach financial numbers and the ability to track depreciation etc will have been more useful. That would have given the ability to view the financial status of the assets.

Overall this provides a good set of functionality with a reasonable interface. This application is rated at 3 stars.
